I once dwelled in the realm of my father, Peneus, god of the river. Time drifted past me like water through his hands… until I found myself beneath the silver gaze of Artemis, Goddess of the Moon.

In my homeland, men pursued me with relentless fervor, their words of praise tainted by desire. Their admiration was never pure, it was hunger disguised as reverence.

Here, within this sacred forest where no man may tread, I have found refuge. I turned my back on my father’s command, left my home behind, and swore eternal devotion and purity to the Moon Goddess who watches over these hallowed woods.
